We have specialist sheet metal equipment for making things such as boxes, flashings and conveyors. Industrial quality trailers, alloy dog boxes and truck decks are our speciality but we’ve got the skills, experience and ingenuity for even the most challenging jobs.

Trailer for your helicopter? Two storied trailer? Roll cage for your rally car? A remote controlled stock ramp? No worries. We’ve done it all and we can ship anywhere in New Zealand.

As well as new, custom-made equipment, here at Central Custom Engineering we take care of repairs and maintenance. And we mean it when we say we’ll go out of our way to help our customers.

For customers in the Central Otago region we have the capability to weld alloy, stainless and mild steel on-site powered by a mobile generator. It’s perfect for farmers and orchardist needing on-site repairs and we understand you don’t run a 9-5 schedule so we’ll be there when you need us.

We’re a highly qualified team with a diverse range of experience not just as engineers but as builders, mechanics and boat builders. They say two heads are better than one, if need be we have 14 heads and 14 pairs of hands to come up with an innovative solution to your engineering requirements.
